Johnson City, Tenn., calls $111.5 million Mountain States Health bonds

Minneapolis, June 14 - The Health and Educational Facilities Board of the City of Johnson City, Tenn., will redeem $111.5 million of its Mountain States Health Alliance series 2000A hospital first mortgage revenue refunding bonds, according to a redemption notice.

The authority will redeem $47.4 million of 7.5% bonds due July 1, 2025 and $64.1 million of 7.5% bonds due July 1, 2033.

The bonds will be redeemed at 103 plus accrued interest.

The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the agent.
