Burke County, Ga., authority calls all series 2005 Georgia Power bonds

Kansas City, Kan., June 14 - The Development Authority of Burke County, Ga., will redeem all of its first and second series 2005 Georgia Power Co. Plant Vogtle project pollution control revenue bonds, according to a news release.

The bonds will be redeemed July 13 at par plus accrued interest to the redemption date.

The affected bonds include $85 million 4.75% first series bonds due May 1, 2034 and $100 million 4.625% second series bonds due May 1, 2034.

Bank of New York Mellon is the agent.
