Harris County, Texas, calls $2.55 million of Christus Health bonds

Minneapolis, June 8 - The Harris County Health Facilities Development Corp. of Texas plans to redeem $2.55 million of its series 2005A-4 bonds issued for Christus Health, according to a redemption notice.

The debt, which is due Oct. 29, 2020, will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest on July 5.

Following the transaction, $74,725,000 will remain outstanding.

The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the trustee.

Christus is an Irving, Texas-based Catholic health system with hospitals and facilities in Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas, Utah, Oklahoma, Missouri, Georgia and Mexico.
