Chatham County Hospital Authority defeases $50 million Memorial bonds

Minneapolis, June 8 - Chatham County Hospital Authority, Ga., defeased $50 million of its series 2004A Memorial Health University Medical Center, Inc. revenue refunding and improvement bonds, according to a notice.

The following notes will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest on Jan. 1, 2014:

• $7,955,000 of bonds due Jan. 1, 2026;

• $13.66 million of bonds due Jan. 1, 2029; and

• $28,385,000 of bonds due Jan. 1, 2034.

U.S. Bank, NA is the escrow agent.
