Fredericksburg, Va., Economic Development calls student housing bonds

Kansas City, Kan., June 1 - The Economic Development Authority of the City of Fredericksburg, Va., will redeem all of its series 2009A and 2009B student housing and economic development project - Eagle Village I variable-rate demand revenue bonds, along with all of its series 2008 UMW apartments project student housing facility revenue and refunding bonds, according to a notice.

The bonds will be redeemed July 2 at par.

The following bonds are affected:

• $9.2 million series 2008 bonds due April 1, 2029;

• $70.73 million series 2009A bonds due Sept. 1, 2041; and

• $18.21 million series 2009B bonds due Sept. 1, 2041.

U.S. Bank, NA is the trustee.
