Maricopa County Pollution Control, Ariz., calls $59.24 million bonds

Kansas City, Kan., May 31 - Maricopa County, Ariz., Pollution Control Corp. will redeem all $59,235,000 of its 2005 series A El Paso Electric Co. Palo Verde Project pollution control refunding revenue bonds due Aug. 1, 2040, according to a notice.

The bonds will be redeemed June 29 at par plus accrued interest to the redemption date.

The redemption is subject to the successful prior issuance of 2012 series A pollution control refunding revenue bonds. If this issuance does not occur on or before June 29, the details of the redemption may be revised, or the redemption may be canceled.
