Washington Health Care calls all $45.01 million Group Health bonds

Kansas City, Kan., May 29 - The Washington Health Care Facilities Authority will redeem all $45,010,650 of its series 2001 Group Health Cooperative of Puget Sound revenue refunding bonds, according to a notice.

The bonds will be redeemed June 14 at 101, plus accrued interest to the redemption date.

The following bonds are affected:

• $1.59 million of 4.125% bonds due Dec. 1, 2012;

• $3 million of 5.375% bonds due Dec. 1, 2012;

• $4,815,000 of 5.375% bonds due Dec. 1, 2013;

• $5,075,000 of 5.375% bonds due Dec. 1, 2014;

• $5.4 million of 5.375% bonds due Dec. 1, 2015;

• $5.69 million of 5.375% bonds due Dec. 1, 2016;

• $6,005,000 of 5.375% bonds due Dec. 1, 2017;

• $6.33 million of 5.375% bonds due Dec. 1, 2018; and

• $6.66 million of 5% bonds due Dec. 1, 2019.
