Two series of Oklahoma Water Resources bonds subject to purchase

Kansas City, Kan., May 29 - Oklahoma Water Resources Board notified the holders of its series 2001 and series 2003A state loan program revenue bonds of a mandatory purchase on July 2, according to a news release.

Holders who would prefer not to surrender their bonds for purchase may notify the tender agent, BancFirst, by June 15.

Bonds to be purchased must be tendered before 1 p.m. ET on July 2.

Bonds not retained or tendered will be deemed to have been purchased.
