Fairfax County Economic Development, Va., defeases route 28 bonds

Kansas City, Kan. May 25 - Fairfax County Economic Development Authority, Va., has defeased its series 2003 and 2004 route 28 project transportation contract revenue bonds, according to a notice.

The 2003 bonds will be redeemed April 1, 2013, and the 2004 bonds will be redeemed April 1, 2014. All of the bonds will be redeemed at par

The following series 2003 are affected:

• $555,000 of bonds due April 1, 2014;

• $695,000 of bonds due April 1, 2015;

• $845,000 of bonds due April 1, 2016;

• $1.01 million of bonds due April 1, 2017;

• $1,135,000 of bonds due April 1, 2018;

• $1,185,000 of bonds due April 1, 2019;

• $1,235,000 of bonds due April 1, 2020;

• $1.29 million of bonds due April 1, 2021;

• $1.35 million of bonds due April 1, 2022;

• $1.41 million of bonds due April 1, 2023;

• $8,165,000 of bonds due April 1, 2028;

• $8.91 million of bonds due April 1, 2033; and

• $1.5 million of bonds due April 1, 2033.

The following series 2004 bonds are affected:

• $1.02 million of bonds due April 1, 2015;

• $980,000 of bonds due April 1, 2016;

• $1.06 million of bonds due April 1, 2017;

• $1.4 million of bonds due April 1, 2018;

• $1,605,000 of bonds due April 1, 2019;

• $2,385,000 of bonds due April 1, 2020;

• $2.5 million of bonds due April 1, 2021;

• $2,625,000 of bonds due April 1, 2022;

• $2.76 million of bonds due April 1, 2023;

• $2,895,000 of bonds due April 1, 2024;

• $16.8 million of bonds due April 1, 2029; and

• $16,725,000 of bonds due April 1, 2033.
