New Hampshire Municipal defeases $53.66 million from four bond series

Kansas City, Kan., May 23 - New Hampshire Municipal Bond Bank has defeased $53.66 million of its bonds, according to a notice.

The following 2002 Series D refunding bonds are affected:

• $7.13 million of 5% bonds due Aug. 15, 2013;

• $6,075,000 of 5% bonds due Aug. 15, 2014;

• $6.65 million of 5% bonds due Aug. 15, 2015; and

• $5,925,000 of 5% bonds due Aug. 15, 2016.

The following 2003 series C bonds are affected:

• $3.34 million of 3% bonds due Aug. 15, 2014;

• $4,295,000 of 4% bonds due Aug. 15, 2022; and

• $4.42 million of 4% bonds due Aug. 15, 2023.

The following 2004 series B bonds are affected:

• $13.32 million of 5% bonds due Aug. 15, 2024.

The following 2004 series C bonds are affected:

• $275,000 of 4% bonds due Jan. 15, 2016;

• $285,000 of 4% bonds due Jan. 15, 2017;

• $290,000 of 4.125% bonds due Jan. 15, 2018;

• $300,000 of 4.15% bonds due Jan. 15, 2019;

• $310,000 of 4.25% bonds due Jan. 15, 2020;

• $270,000 of 4.375% bonds due Jan. 15, 2021;

• $280,000 of 4.375% bonds due Jan. 15, 2022;

• $295,000 of 4.5% bonds due Jan. 15, 2023.

• $305,000 of 4.75% bonds due Jan. 15, 2024; and

• $895,000 of 5% bonds due Jan. 15, 2025.

The 2002 series D bonds will be redeemed Aug. 15; the 2003 series C bonds will be redeemed Aug. 15, 2013; the 2004 series B bonds will be redeemed Aug. 15, 2014; and the 2004 series C bonds will be redeemed Jan. 15, 2015.

All bonds will be redeemed at par.
