Handmaker extends tender offer for Pima, Ariz., facilities bonds

Chicago, May 18 - Handmaker Jewish Services for the Aging said it extended the tender offer for two series of bonds until 11:59 p.m. ET on May 24 after it received tenders for $2,794,202 principal amount of the bonds as of the previous deadline at 11:59 p.m. ET on May 17.

Handmaker is tendering for the Industrial Development Authority of the County of Pima, Ariz., health care facilities series 2007B replacement revenue bonds (Handmaker Jewish Services for the Aging Project) and Industrial Development Authority of the County of Pima health care facilities series 2007C replacement revenue bonds (Handmaker Jewish Services for the Aging Project), according to a press release.

The tender offer began April 19.

The assisted living center and the authority are based in Tucson.
