Grohe Holding calls €300 million floaters, €75 million 8 5/8% notes

Kansas City, Kan., May 18 - Grohe Holding GmbH will redeem all of its outstanding €300 million floating-rate senior notes due 2014 and €75 million of its 8 5/8% senior notes due 2014, according to a notice.
Both series of notes will be redeemed June 18. The floating-rate notes will be redeemed at par, and the 8 5/8% notes will be redeemed at 101.437, both plus accrued interest to the redemption date.
Following the redemption, €260 million of the 8 5/8% notes will remain outstanding.
Bank of New York Mellon is the agent for the floating-rate notes. Deutsche Bank is the agent for the senior notes.
Dusseldorf, Germany-based Grohe is a plumbing fixtures manufacturer.
