California County Tobacco calls $2.32 million of Gold Country bonds

Minneapolis, May 17 - The California County Tobacco Securitization Agency said it will redeem $2.32 million of its Gold Country Settlement Funding Corp. series 2006 tobacco settlement asset-backed bonds, according to a redemption notice.

The bonds, which are due June 1, 2033, will be redeemed at 29.915 plus accrued interest on June 1.

Following the transaction, $54,985,000 will remain outstanding.

The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the agent.
