Corrections calls $60 million of 6¾% notes for June redemption

Kansas City, Kan., May 15 - Corrections Corp. will redeem $60 million of its 6¾% senior notes due Jan. 31, 2014, according to a notice.

The notes will be redeemed June 14 at par plus accrued interest to the redemption date.

U.S. Bank, NA is the agent.

Corrections Corp. of America is a Nashville-based owner and operator of privatized correctional and detention facilities.
