Illinois Health calls $35.53 million of Rockford Health Systems bonds

Minneapolis, May 7 - Illinois Health Facilities Authority plans to redeem $35.53 million of its Rockford Health Systems Obligated Group revenue refunding bonds, series 1997, according to a redemption notice.
The following bonds will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest on June 4:
• $12,155,000 of 5.125% bonds due Aug. 15, 2015; and
• $23,375,000 of 5% bonds due Aug. 15, 2021.
The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the trustee.
The authority is under the Chicago-based Illinois Finance Authority, which provides funding for nonprofit organizations.
