Foothill-De Anza Community College District, Calif., defeases bonds

Kansas City, Kan., May 4 - Foothill-De Anza Community College District of California defeased portions of three series of general obligation bonds, according to a notice.

The affected bonds include portions of 2002 G.O. refunding bonds, series B election of 1999 G.O. bonds and series C election of 1999 G.O. bonds.

The 2002 bonds will be redeemed on Aug. 1, the 1999 series B bonds will be redeemed Aug. 1, 2013 and the 1999 series C bonds will be redeemed Aug. 1, 2015.

All of the bonds will be redeemed at par.
