Matagorda County Navigation, Texas, bonds have full mandatory tender

Kansas City, Kan., May 2 - Matagorda County Navigation District No. 1, Texas, said its $120,265,000 of series 2008 pollution control revenue refunding bonds are subject to mandatory tender in full.

The bonds were issued for the AEP Texas Central Co. project.

The bonds will be redeemed June 1 at par plus accrued interest to the purchase date, according to a notice.

Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the agent.

AEP Texas is a unit of American Electric Power Co., Inc., an electricity generator based in Columbus, Ohio.
