Wisconsin defeases some transportation, calls some water revenue bonds

Minneapolis, May 1 - The State of Wisconsin defeased $184,425,000 of its transportation revenue bonds and called $64.72 million of its clean water revenue bonds, 2002 series 1, according to two event filings.

The state will redeem the following transportation revenue bonds:

• $12,645,000 of 2001 series A bonds on July 1, 2012;

• $36.74 million of 2002 series 1 bonds on July 1, 2012;

• $20,195,000 of 2002 series 2 bonds on July 1, 2012;

• $43.71 million of 2002 series A bonds on July 1, 2013; and

• $71,135,000 of 2003 series A bonds on July 1, 2014.

The following bonds will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest on June 1:

• $4,565,000 of 5.25% bonds due June 1, 2013;

• $4,795,000 of 5.25% bonds due June 1, 2014;

• $5.03 million of 5.25% bonds due June 1, 2015;

• $5.28 million of 5.25% bonds due June 1, 2016;

• $5.54 million of 5.25% bonds due June 1, 2017;

• $5,815,000 of 5% bonds due June 1, 2018;

• $6,105,000 of 5% bonds due June 1, 2019;

• $6,405,000 of 5% bonds due June 1, 2020;

• $6.72 million of 5.1% bonds due June 1, 2021;

• $7,055,000 of 5.1% bonds due June 1, 2022; and

• $7.41 million of 5.1% bonds due June 1, 2023.
