Indiana Health defeases $7.62 million of Sisters of St. Francis bonds

Kansas City, Kan., April 30 - Indiana Health Facility Financing Authority defeased $7.62 million of its series 2001 Sisters of St. Francis Health Services Inc. obligated group health system revenue bonds, according to a notice.

The bonds will be redeemed on May 25 at 101 plus accrued interest to the redemption date.

The following bonds are affected:

• $1,765,000 of 5% bonds due Nov. 1, 2012;

• $1,855,000 of 5.125% bonds due Nov. 1, 2013;

• $1.95 million of 5.25% bonds due Nov. 1, 2014; and

• $2.05 million of 5.35% bonds due Nov. 1, 2015.
