Banco Santander releases weighted average prices paid in tender offer

Tacoma, Wash., April 27 - Banco Santander, SA announced the weighted average purchase prices paid in its tender offer that ended at 11 a.m. ET on April 24.

As previously reported, the bank accepted €450,240,925.76 of securities for purchase.

The bank offered to purchase up €750 million of 33 series of fixed-rate securities totaling €6 billion issued by securitization funds managed by Santander de Titulizacion, SGFT, SA. The tender offer began on April 16.

The results are noted in the table below. The amount outstanding refers to the outstanding principal amount of the relevant security as of the settlement date following any reduction of its original principal amount by prepayments prior to that date.

The bank also paid accrued interest up to but excluding the settlement date, which was April 27.
