North Mississippi Health, hospital authority call $6.82 million bonds

Minneapolis, April 16 - The North Mississippi Health System and Mississippi Hospital Equipment and Facilities Authority called $6,815,000 of revenue bonds, according to two notices.

The bonds will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest on May 15.

North Mississippi Health will redeem $1,215,000 of its series 1997-1 revenue bonds health services due May 15, 2027. Following the transaction, $20.77 million will remain.

The Mississippi Hospital authority will redeem $5.6 million of its 2003 series 1 North Mississippi Health Services revenue bonds due May 15, 2016. Following the transaction, $24.2 million will remain.

The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the agent.
