Bank of Ireland bought back £2.7 billion notes due 2012 through 2014

Minneapolis, April 16 - The Bank of Ireland repurchased £2.7 billion of its floating-rate covered bonds, according to a filing with the London Stock Exchange.

The following bonds were redeemed on April 16:

• £200 million of series 2008-3 bonds due 2012;

• £500 million of series 2008-4 bonds due 2013;

• £500 million of series 2008-5 bonds due 2013;

• £500 million of series 2008-6 bonds due 2014;

• £500 million of series 2008-7 bonds due 2014; and

• £500 million of series 2008-8 bonds due 2014.
