Bank of Ireland Mortgage Bank buys back €215 million of its notes

Minneapolis, April 16 - Bank of Ireland Mortgage Bank repurchased €215 million of its mortgage covered securities, according to a filing with the London Stock Exchange.

The bank repurchased €200 million of its series 28 floating-rate mortgage covered securities (ISIN: XS0595334953) due Feb. 22, 2018. Following the March 30 transaction, €275 million remain.

The bank also bought back €15 million of its 3.25% mortgage covered securities (ISIN: XS0222695008) due June 22, 2015. Following the April 3 transaction, €1,957,000,000 remains.

The issuer is a member of Dublin-based Bank of Ireland Group.
