DeSoto Parish, La., calls all $50.11 million of Cleco Utility bonds

Minneapolis, April 11 - The Parish of DeSoto, La., plans to redeem all $50.11 million of its Cleco Utility Group Inc. pollution control revenue refunding bonds, series 1999, according to a notice.

The 5.875% bonds, which are due Sept. 1, 2029, will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest on May 11.

The Bank of New York Trust Co., NA is the agent.

Cleco is a Pineville, La.-based power company.
