Massachusetts to make $15 million of bids on series F-2 revenue bonds

By Tali David

Minneapolis, April 10 - Massachusetts Health and Educational Facilities Authority said it would make $15 million of bids on its $75 million series F-2 (2005) revenue bonds at a rate no less than Sifma, according to a notice.

The bids will be made at auctions on April 12.

According to a notice on EMMA, the authority hopes to obtain a lower interest rate on the bonds through the potential purchase.

The bonds were issued for Partners Healthcare System in June 2005.

The Boston-based authority provides financing to Massachusetts' nonprofit organizations to expand services, update facilities and employ citizens throughout the Commonwealth.
