San Francisco Unified School District defeases $137.39 million bonds

Kansas City, Kan., March 22 - San Francisco Unified School District said it defeased all of its outstanding 2004 series A and 2005 series B proposition A, election of 2003 general obligation bonds, according to a notice.
The bonds will be redeemed June 15.
The following series A bonds, totaling $39,865,000, are affected:
• $2.68 of bonds due June 15, 2013;
• $2.77 million of bonds due June 15, 2014;
• $2,865,000 of bonds due June 15, 2015;
• $2,965,000 of bonds due June 15, 2016;
• $3,085,000 of bonds due June 15, 2017;
• $3.21 million of bonds due June 15, 2018;
• $3,335,000 of bonds due June 15, 2019;
• $3.47 million of bonds due June 15, 2020;
• $3,615,00 of bonds due June 15, 2021;
• $3,765,000 of bonds due June 15, 2022;
• $3,955,000 of bonds due June 15, 2023; and
• $4.15 million of bonds due June 15, 2024.
The following series B bonds, totaling $97.52 million, are affected:
• $5,545,000 of bonds due June 15, 2013;
• $5,825,000 of bonds due June 15, 2014;
• $6,115,000 of bonds due June 15, 2015;
• $6.42 million of bonds due June 15, 2016;
• $6,675,000 of bonds due June 15, 2017;
• $7.01 million of bonds due June 15, 2018;
• $7.36 million of bonds due June 15, 2019;
• $7.73 million of bonds due June 15, 2020;
• $8,115,000 of bonds due June 15, 2021;
• $8.52 million of bonds due June 15, 2022;
• $8,945,000 of bonds due June 15, 2023;
• $9,395,000 of bonds due June 15, 2024; and
• $9,865,000 of bonds due June 15, 2025.
The treasurer-tax collector of the city and county of San Francisco is the agent.
