Kansas City, Mo., defeases $93.52 million of 2004F, 2003F G.O. bonds

Minneapolis, March 22 - The City of Kansas City, Mo., defeased $78,175,000 of its series 2004F general obligation bonds and $15,345,000 of its series 2003F Downtown/Neighborhoods Project G.O. bonds, according to two notices.

The 2004F bonds, which are due Feb. 1, 2013 through 2024, will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest on Feb. 1, 2014.

The 2003F bonds, which are due Feb. 1, 2013 through 2023, will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest on Feb. 1, 2013.

UMB Bank, NA is the paying agent.
