Zionsville Community Schools, Ind., defeases first mortgage bonds

Kansas City, Kan., March 21 - The Zionsville Community Schools Building Corp., Ind. has defeased three series of its first mortgage bonds, according to a notice.

The following bonds are affected:

• $20.44 million series 2003A bonds;

• $17,532,853 series 2003Z bonds; and

• $63.4 million series 2005A bonds.

Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the trustee.
