Thompson School District, Colo., defeases general obligations bonds

Kansas City, Kan., March 20 - Thompson School District No. R2-J, Colo., said it defeased its series 2005 Larimer, Weld and Boulder Counties, Colo., general obligation bonds, according to a notice.

The bonds due on or after Dec. 15, 2016 will be redeemed on Dec. 15, 2015 at par, plus accrued interest to the redemption date.

The following bonds are affected:

• $1.6 million of bonds due Dec. 15, 2016;

• $7.09 million of bonds due Dec. 15, 2017;

• $7.57 million of bonds due Dec. 15, 2018;

• $8,065,000 of bonds due Dec. 15, 2019;

• $8.6 million of bonds due Dec. 15, 2020;

• $9.16 million of bonds due Dec. 15, 2021;

• $9.75 million of bonds due Dec. 15, 2022;

• $10.34 million of bonds due Dec. 15, 2023;

• $10.99 million of bonds due Dec. 15, 2024; and

• $11.56 million of bonds due Dec. 15, 2025.
