Charleston County School District, S.C., defeases 2004A G.O. bonds

Kansas City, Kan., March 21 - Charleston County School District, S.C., has defeased its series 2004A general obligation bonds due on Feb. 1 in the years 2015 to 2023, according to a notice.

The bonds were originally issued in the amount of $98 million.

The bonds will be called for redemption on Feb. 1, 2014.

Wells Fargo Bank, NA is the trustee.
