Miami Beach Health to redeem 1998 and 2001A hospital revenue bonds

Kansas City, Kan., March 20 - The City of Miami Beach Health Facilities Authority will redeem portions of its series 2001A and series 1998 hospital revenue bonds, according to a notice.

The bonds were issued for the Mount Sinai Medical Center of Florida Project.

The 2001A bonds will be redeemed at 101 and the 1998 bonds will be redeemed at par, both plus accrued interest to April 19, the redemption date.

The following bonds are affected:

• $745,000 of 5.375% series 1998 bonds due Nov. 15, 2028; and

• $16.06 million of 6.8% series 2001A bonds due Nov. 15, 2031.

U.S. Bank, NA is the trustee.
