Wisconsin calls $2.58 million of series 2009A, 2009B Froedtert bonds

Minneapolis, March 19 - Wisconsin Health and Educational Facilities Authority called $2,575,000 of its series 2009A and 2009B Froedtert & Community Health, Inc. Obligated Group variable-rate revenue bonds due April 1, 2035.

The authority will redeem $1.29 million of its 2009A bonds and $1,285,000 of its 2009B bonds. Following the April 1 transactions, $92.3 million on each of the bonds will remain.

The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the agent.
