Norkfolk, Va., to redeem $61.7 million of series 1998 water bonds

Minneapolis, March 16 - City of Norfolk, Va. plans to redeem all $61.7 million of its series 1998 water revenue and refunding bonds, according to a notice.

The following notes will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest on April 16:

• $2.37 million of 5% notes due Nov. 1, 2012;

• $2.49 million of 5% notes due Nov. 1, 2013;

• $2,615,000 of 4.75% notes due Nov. 1, 2014;

• $2,745,000 of 5% notes due Nov. 1, 2015;

• $2.88 million of 4.75% notes due Nov. 1, 2016;

• $3.02 million of 4.75% notes due Nov. 1, 2017;

• $3.17 million of 4.75% notes due Nov. 1, 2018;

• $18.5 million of 5.125% notes due Nov. 1, 2023; and

• $23.91 million of 5.125% notes due Nov. 1, 2028.
