Kansas Development calls $76.03 million of Sisters of Charity bonds

Kansas City, Kan., March 13 - Kansas Development Finance Authority will redeem all $76,025,000 of its series 2006C and 2006D variable-rate demand revenue bonds on March 28 at par, according to a notice.

The authority will redeem all $16,025,000 of the 2006C bonds due Dec. 1, 2019 and all $60 million of the 2006D bonds due Dec. 1, 2031.

The bonds were issued for the Sisters of Charity of Leavenworth Health System.

Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the agent.
