Water Infrastructure Finance, Ariz., defeases $213.05 million of bonds

Minneapolis, March 12 - Water Infrastructure Finance Authority, Ariz., defeased $97.65 million of its series 2004A and $115,395,000 of its series 2006A water quality revenue bonds, according to separate news releases.

The following series 2004A bonds will be redeemed on Oct. 1, 2014 at par:

• $8,425,000 of 5% bonds due Oct. 1, 2015;

• $9.05 million of 5% bonds due Oct. 1, 2016;

• $9.7 million of 5% bonds due Oct. 1, 2021;

• $14.75 million of 5% bonds due Oct. 1, 2022;

• $8.7 million of 4% bonds due Oct. 1, 2023;

• $5.55 million of 4.125% bonds due Oct. 1, 2024;

• $7,525,000 of 5% bonds due Oct. 1, 2016;

• $5,575,000 of 5% bonds due Oct. 1, 2017;

• $6,875,000 of 5% bonds due Oct. 1, 2018;

• $1 million of 4% bonds due Oct. 1, 2019;

• $6,175,000 of 5% bonds due Oct. 1, 2019;

• $1 million of 4% bonds due Oct. 1, 2020;

• $5.5 million of 5% bonds due Oct. 1, 2020;

• $3 million of 4% bonds due Oct. 1, 2021; and

• $4,825,000 of 5% bonds due Oct. 1, 2021.

The following series 2006A bonds will be redeemed on Oct. 1, 2016 at par:

• $8.35 million of 5% bonds due Oct. 1, 2017;

• $11,325,000 of 5% bonds due Oct. 1, 2018;

• $11.9 million of 5% bonds due Oct. 1, 2019;

• $12.5 million of 5% bonds due Oct. 1, 2020;

• $11.87 million of 5% bonds due Oct. 1, 2021;

• $13.85 million of 5% bonds due Oct. 1, 2022;

• $14,475,000 of 5% bonds due Oct. 1, 2023;

• $15,175,000 of 5% bonds due Oct. 1, 2024; and

• $15.95 million of 5% bonds due Oct. 1, 2025.

U.S. Bank NA is the escrow trustee.
