CIBC plans to redeem all series 32 non-cumulative class A preferreds

Minneapolis, March 8 - CIBC plans to redeem all of its non-cumulative class A preferred shares, series 32, according to a press release.

The shares will be redeemed at C$26.00 per share on April 30.

The C$0.281250 per share quarterly dividend declared on March 8 will be the final dividend on the series 32 shares and will be paid on April 27 to shareholders of record on March 28, CIBC said.

CIBC is a Toronto-based financial services company.
