Pima County, Ariz., cancels redemption of $113.22 million of bonds

Minneapolis, March 7 - Industrial Development Authority of the County of Pima, Ariz., rescinded the call for $113,215,000 of its Global Water Resources, LLC water and wastewater revenue bonds, series 2006, 2007 and 2008, according to separate releases.

On Feb. 13, the county said it would redeem the following bonds at 103 plus accrued interest on March 20:

• $5.46 million of series 2006 bonds due Dec. 1, 2017;

• $6,215,000 of series 2006 bonds due Dec. 1, 2022;

• $23.37 million series 2006 of bonds due Dec. 1, 2032;

• $1.12 million of series 2007 bonds due Dec. 1, 2013;

• $52.5 million of series 2007 bonds due Dec. 1, 2037;

• $1,315,000 of series 2008 bonds due Dec. 1, 2018; and

• $23,235,000 of series 2008 bonds due Dec. 1, 2038.

Global Water is a Phoenix company that owns and operates regulated water and wastewater utilities.
