University of Colorado defeases portions of enterprise revenue bonds

Kansas City, Kan., Feb. 24 - The University of Colorado said it defeased a portion of revenue bonds from six series.

All of the bonds will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest to the redemption date.

The following series 2003A enterprise system revenue bonds will be redeemed on June 1, 2013:

• $2.92 million of bonds due June 1, 2021;

• $3.04 million of bonds due June 1, 2022;

• $3.17 million of bonds due June 1, 2023;

• $3.31 million of bonds due June 1, 2024;

• $3,455,000 of bonds due June 1, 2025; and

• $11,685,000 of bonds due June 1, 2029.

The following series 2004 enterprise system revenue bonds will be redeemed on June 1, 2014:

• $1,135,000 of bonds due June 1, 2016;

• $1.36 million of bonds due June 1, 2026; and

• $1.48 million of bonds due June 1, 2029.

The following series 2005A university enterprise refunding and improvement revenue bonds will be redeemed on June 1, 2015:

• $10,495,000 of bonds due June 1, 2023;

• $11.01 million of bonds due June 1, 2024;

• $11.57 million of bonds due June 1, 2025;

• $12,145,000 of bonds due June 1, 2026; and

• $15,985,000 of bonds due June 1, 2030.

The following series 2005B university enterprise revenue bonds will be redeemed on June 1, 2015:

• $815,000 of bonds due June 1, 2019;

• $845,000 of bonds due June 1, 2020;

• $880,000 of bonds due June 1, 2021; and

• $915,000 of bonds due June 1, 2022.

The following series 2006A university enterprise revenue bonds will be redeemed on June 1, 2016:

• $3.73 million of bonds due June 1, 2019;

• $3.91 million of bonds due June 1, 2020;

• $4,275,000 of bonds due June 1, 2022;

• $4.5 million of bonds due June 1, 2023;

• $4,715,000 of bonds due June 1, 2024; and

• $4.95 million of bonds due June 1, 2025.

The following series 2007B university enterprise revenue bonds will be redeemed on June 1, 2017:

• $2.52 million of bonds due June 1, 2021; and

• $2,645,000 of bonds due June 1, 2022.
