Signum Finance II announces repurchase of A$5.53 million of its notes

Minneapolis, Feb. 21 - Signum Finance II Ltd. repurchased A$5.53 million of its notes (ISIN: XS0375636502) on Feb. 14, according to a company announcement.

Following the redemption, the remaining balance on the notes is A$450.49 million.
