Adams 12 Five Star Schools, Colo., defeases $95 million of 2005 bonds

Kansas City, Kan., Feb. 15 - Adams 12 Five Star Schools of Adams and Broomfield counties, Colo., issued a notice of defeasance for $95 million of series 2005 general obligation bonds due on or after Dec. 15, 2017.

The bonds will be redeemed Dec. 15, 2015 at par plus accrued interest to the redemption date.
