Claris redeems, delists all series 29 credit-linked floaters due 2046

Kansas City, Kan., Feb. 3 - Claris IV Ltd. redeemed all $492,260,698 of its series 29 credit-linked floating-rate notes due 2046 on Thursday, according to a filing with the Irish Stock Exchange.

The following notes were affected:

• $17.5 million of class II-A notes;

• $55 million of class II-B notes; and

• $419,760,698 of class II-C notes.

The notes have been delisted, effective Friday.

The issuer is based in St. Helier, Jersey.
