Missouri HEFA calls $34.64 million of Freeman Hospital revenue bonds

Minneapolis, Dec. 19 - The Missouri Health and Educational Facilities Authority called $34,635,000 of its series 1994A Freeman Hospital Project health facilities revenue bonds, according to a notice.

The authority called $4.35 million of 5.375% bonds due Feb. 15, 2014 and $30,285,000 of 5.5% bonds due Feb. 15, 2024.

The bonds will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest on Dec. 27.

The authority said the redemption is subject to the prior issuance of its series 2012 Freeman Health System health facilities revenue bonds.

Commerce Trust Co. is the trustee.

Freeman is a full-service healthcare provider based in Joplin, Mo.
