California Health to redeem some 2002A and B Episcopal Home bonds

Minneapolis, Dec. 13 - California Health Facilities Financing Authority will redeem some of its series 2002A and 2002B Episcopal Home insured revenue bonds, according to two news releases.

The following 2002A bonds will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest on Jan. 11:

• $1,495,000 of 4.75% notes due Feb. 1, 2013;

• $14.91 million of 5.25% notes due Feb. 1, 2021; and

• $33,795,000 of 5.3% notes due Feb. 1, 2032.

An unknown amount of 2002B bonds will be redeemed at par on Feb. 1, 2020.

The authority is based in Sacramento.
