Pennsylvania Higher Education's revenue bonds have mandatory tender

Minneapolis, Dec. 7 - Pennsylvania Higher Educational Facilities Authority said that its series 2008 variable-rate demand revenue bonds issued for the Foundation for Indiana University of Pennsylvania Student Housing Project at Indiana University of Pennsylvania are subject to mandatory tender for purchase on Dec. 27.

The bonds will be purchased at par plus accrued interest to the purchase date.

U.S. Bank, NA is the trustee and paying agent.
