New York City calls $17.98 million 1998 B future tax secured bonds

Kansas City, Kan., Dec. 4 - New York City Transitional Finance Authority plans to redeem $17.98 million of fiscal 1998 series B future tax secured bonds due Nov. 15, 2027, according to a notice.

The bonds will be redeemed on Jan. 4, 2013 at par plus accrued interest to the redemption date.

Following the redemption, $93,835,000 of the bonds will remain outstanding.

The Bank of New York Mellon is the trustee.
