Delaware Health calls $1.37 million of 2005 Nemours Foundation bonds

Minneapolis, Dec. 3 - The Delaware Health Facilities Authority plans to redeem $1.37 million of its series 2005 Nemours Foundation Project variable-rate revenue bonds, according to a notice.

The bonds, which are due Jan. 1, 2035, will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest on Jan.1.

The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the trustee agent.

Based in Wilmington, Del., the Delaware Health Facilities Authority provides financing for health care facilities. The Nemours Foundation is a Jacksonville, Fla., non-profit organization working to improve children's' health.
