EnerCare to redeem 5.25% notes on Dec. 21 with C$250 million proceeds

Kansas City, Kan., Nov. 21 - EnerCare Inc. will redeem its 5.25% series 2010-1 senior unsecured notes due March 15, 2013 on Dec. 21 at C$1,021.95 per C$1,000 principal amount. The total redemption price is C$245,268,493.15, which includes C$13.95 in accrued and unpaid interest.

The company has completed a C$250 million offering of 4.3% series 2012-1 senior unsecured notes due Nov. 30, 2017. The notes were sold at C$99.918 per C$100 principal amount.

Any remaining proceeds from the offering will be used for general corporate purposes.
