Children's Trust, Puerto Rico, calls $1.7 million Cede tobacco bonds

Kansas City, Kan., Nov. 8 - Children's Trust Fund of Puerto Rico will redeem $1,695,000 of its 5.375% series 2002 Cede & Co. tobacco settlement asset-backed bonds due May 15, 2033, according to a notice.

The bonds will be redeemed on Nov. 15 at par plus accrued interest to the redemption date.

Following the redemption, $341.08 million of the bonds will remain outstanding.

Deutsche Bank Trust Co. Americas is the trustee.
