North Carolina calls $9.45 million of University Health Systems bonds

Minneapolis, Nov. 6 - North Carolina Medical Care Commission called $9,445,000 of its University Health Systems of Eastern Carolina health care facilities revenue refunding bonds, according to multiple redemption notices.

The following bonds will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest on Dec. 5:

• $2.32 million of series 2008A-1 bonds due Dec. 1, 2028;

• $2,325,000 of series 2008A-2 bonds due Dec. 1, 2028;

• $2.4 million of series 2008B-1 bonds due Dec. 1, 2036; and

• $2.4 million of series 2008B-2 bonds due Dec. 1, 2036.

U.S. Bank, NA is the trustee.

University Health Systems of Eastern Carolina is a Greenville, N.C.-based hospital system.
