Sparekassen Faaborg to pay down Kr. 100 million on bond loan in 2013

By Ashley Montgomery

Kansas City, Kan., Nov. 1 - Sparekassen Faaborg AS plans to prepay Kr. 100 million on its government guaranteed bond loan, according to a notice.

The company obtained two loans, of Kr. 500 million each, in 2010. In August, the company said it prepaid the remaining balance on one of the loans and Kr. 50 million on the second loan.

Sparekassen now plans to prepay an additional Kr. 100 million on the second loan by June 2013. Following that payment, the outstanding amount on the loan will be Kr. 350 million.

The bank is based in Faaborg, Denmark.
